Realtor Toolkit inputs such as buyer intake fields, estimate assumptions, and other planning details stay in your browser while you use the tools. They are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

This website does not use customer accounts, sign-in, or a customer database.

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, review audit responses, and follow up about the education, audit, and build work offered through Copper State Intelligence.

We do not sell your personal information. We only use audit responses and contact details to deliver what you request, maintain the website, and meet legal or security obligations.

Audit and contact submissions are delivered to us by email, and limited copies may appear in standard hosting logs for a short period. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect that information, although no online system can guarantee absolute security.

If you submit confidential business information through an audit or contact request, please share only what is necessary and avoid including regulated or highly sensitive data unless specifically requested through a secure channel.

This site relies on third-party providers for hosting and email delivery. Those providers may process limited information as needed to host the application or deliver the messages you send.

You may also choose not to submit a form. The Realtor Toolkit and other public tools work without providing any personal information.
